At Crazy Detail, we take pride in providing high-quality detailing services. Because all detailing services require time, labor, and materials that cannot be recovered once performed, the following refund guidelines apply.

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a detailing service is completed, no full or partial refunds will be issued.
Detailing is a time-based service, and results depend on the vehicle’s condition when it arrives.

If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will offer a free touch-up or correction appointment when applicable.

2. Deposit Policy (48-Hour Cancellation Rule)

A deposit is required to book any appointment.
Deposits become non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment.
Deposits can be transferred to a new date only if you reschedule before the 48-hour window.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up to your appointment without contacting us, your deposit is fully forfeited.

3. Eligibility for Touch-Ups (Not Refunds)

A free touch-up may be offered if:

You contact us within 24 hours of service
The issue is directly related to the detail we performed
The issue is something reasonably fixable (missed spots, streaks, light residue, etc.)

Touch-ups are not guaranteed for improper aftercare or misuse.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or free rework are not offered for:

Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, clear coat failure, rips, tears, permanent stains)
Issues caused by normal wear and tear
Issues caused after the detail (weather, pets, spills, kids, dust, etc.)
Unrealistic expectations (deep scratches, hard water etching, stains beyond cleaning ability)
Ceramic coating failure due to improper maintenance
Paint correction limitations caused by low paint thickness or severe defects

5. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Services

No refunds are offered once the service has begun or been completed.
Coating durability depends on customer maintenance.
If paint defects are deeper than safe polishing limits, no refunds are given for incomplete defect removal.
