By booking a service with Crazy Detail, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
1. Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Rescheduling within 48 hours also results in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting us, your deposit is forfeited.

Deposits are used to hold your time slot and are not refundable once inside the 48-hour window.
3. Vehicle Condition Requirements

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before service. Crazy Detail is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.

Additional fees may apply for:

Excessive pet hair
-
Biohazards (vomit, blood, feces, urine, mold, etc.)
-
Heavy spills, extreme dirt, or unusually soiled interiors
-
We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle poses a health or safety risk.
4. Service Time
Service duration varies depending on the condition of the vehicle, the services selected, and unforeseen circumstances. All time estimates are approximate.
5. Results Disclaimer
We always strive for high-quality results, but some defects cannot be fully removed, including:

Deep scratches or gouges

Clear coat failure
-
Permanent stains
-
Burnt, torn, or severely damaged upholstery

Paint oxidation that has penetrated through the clear coatThese
limitations will be communicated when possible.
6. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Paint correction depends on paint thickness, defect depth, and clear coat condition.

Ceramic coating longevity requires proper maintenance (hand washing, avoiding automatic brushes, etc.).

We are not responsible for coating failure due to improper care after installation.
7. Weather Policy
Mobile services may need to be rescheduled due to rain, wind, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions. We will contact you as early as possible if weather affects your appointment.
8. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately when the service is completed.

We accept cash, cards, and digital payments (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc.).

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be handled legally.
9. Liability
Crazy Detail is not responsible or liable for:

Pre-existing damage such as scratches, dents, loose trim, broken parts, clear coat failure, or electrical issues

Normal wear and tear including faded paint, cracked or worn leather, aged plastics, oxidized headlights, or fragile materials

Mechanical or electrical issues exposed or worsened during detailing

Aftermarket parts, wraps, accessories, or modifications becoming loose or damaged during cleaning

Loss of personal belongings

Coating failure caused by improper aftercare, neglect, or environmental factors
